      The vacuum system is configured as shown in the figure below

      A large capacity turbo pump is installed in the system, as shown above.

  • Controllers
    		•

      The controller (model HPS Division by MKS Instruments Inc.) is provided by the NSCL (RPMS target chamber controller). It is located outside the S1 vault on rack Y12J and its operation is handled by PanelMate (config file S1_expA).
